12:00 - 1:15 Leadership Lunch Bunch at Biaggi’s
Leadership Seminar: All women in leadership positions in the PCA Churches of our Presbytery (PMV) are invited to Highlands Presbyterian Church in Ridgeland on Saturday, September 7, from 10:00 - 12:00 for a discussion on The Role of Women in the Church. This is offered in order to present information from the recent PMV Study Report on The Role of Women in the Church that was conducted this past year as commissioned by our Presbytery. The committee members included Bruce Baugus, Caleb Cangelosi, Jamie Peaster, Otis Pickett, Paul Stephenson, David Strain, and Guy Waters. Women from our Presbytery were invited to participate in an advisory capacity and included Donna Dobbs, Tammie Haynes, Sherry Lanier, Laurie Nordan, Shelli Robison, and Shirley Windham.
Guy Waters will give an overview of the PMV Study Report, followed by a panel discussion from committee members ~ Bruce Baugus, Caleb Cangelosi, Otis Pickett, and David Strain. Time will be made available for questions to the panel and discussion around the tables.
(Find a copy of this 22 page report on the Presbytery website: www.msvalley.org under “Presbytery Reports” on left side of page, then open the link.)
There will be light refreshments at the seminar. We will meet in the atrium inside the main entrance.
